Folks if you do not know the Story of Sony allegedly involved in the Murder of Michael Jackson for his "Collection" then look deep. The Wall of Corruption in the Court System needs to be exposed and stopped. Demand Transparency and Accountability.

I have corresponded with insiders in this case for years and discussed New York Judges that are part of the corruption and no where near part of the solution. Knowledge is Power. This article was sent to me today by Leonard Rowe, it is an important story. I write on massive corruption in New York and the Tech and Media Companies such as Sony that are above the law and seem to be NOT above anything to keep their rights to Billions. Sony was also involved in the 13 Trillion Dollar iViewit Technology Theft.

The Christine Anderson Whistleblower case in New York proves years of New York courts whitewashing for elite law firms and still nothing is done. The Iviewit case is exposing Andrew Cuomo while he was the New York Attorney General and now as the New York Governor. The Culture of Corruption in New York and well, really in the US Court System everywhere has to first be exposed, acknowledged that there is a massive problem and only then can we begin to take down this Massive Wall of Corruption.

"CORRUPTION IN OUR FEDERAL COURTS

In my previous two (2) CNN IReports we focused on the hypocrisy of Oregon’s Governor on the death penalty and how the U.S. Congress stole the right of federal review from every American Citizen.

Today I want to address problems that are inherent in the judicial system itself in terms of the failure and inability of judges to accord equal protection of the law and impartial application of the law in cases that involve African-American citizens when they come up against rich, powerful corporate entities or, as more often the case, the “State”.

I was given a copy of the book “What Really Happened to Michael Jackson-The King of Pop” that was written by Leonard Rowe.

I was intrigued by the title and of course being a big fan of Michael Jackson, I decided to embark on my own course of research to check out and confirm several of the items contained in the book. This book can be found and acquired at www.whatreallyhappenedtomj.com.

Of primary interest was that part of the book that dealt with “The Evil Side of The Entertainment Industry”.

In this section of the book it addressed the curious case of Leonard Rowe and the Black Promoters Association (BPA) who had filed a lawsuit against The William Morris Agency, Creative Artist Agency (CAA) and others involved in the concert promotion business (Rowe Entertainment, et al v. William Morris, et al).

This case was brought by Mr. Rowe and four (4) others and involved the largest effort to date to bring about a sense of fairness in the live concert promotion side of the entertainment industry.

As I researched this case and continued to read the story in the book, I could not believe what I was reading and discovering about this situation. At the time that this lawsuit was filed and being prosecuted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NY it was assigned to and being heard by the Honorable Robert P. Patterson.

Mr. Rowe and his group of Black Concert Promoters across America were thought to be ably represented by Martin Gold, Ray Heslin and later by the law firm of famed Black Attorney Willie E. Gary.

The other side was represented by some of the best and most expensive law firms in America. Loeb &; Loeb, Weil, Gotcher, et al., and other blue chip, well heeled law firms.

As I understand the story, Mr. Rowe, who was the President and one of the founding members of the Black Promoters Association (BPA) had discovered, with many of his colleagues, that they were being forced to pay a 50% deposit, up front, to secure certain acts and artists to perform at concert venues across the country. This becomes more and more significant when they discovered that White concert promoters were being charged 0-10% deposit for the same artist in the same geographical venues. In addition, Black concert promoters were saddled with other extraneous contractual provisions relative to percentages of ticket sales that White concert promoters were not subjected to. Finally, Mr. Rowe and his team of colleagues discovered that despite their best efforts and no matter how much money they put up front, they were never allowed to secure a contract to tour or promote a White artist or act, ever.

But White concert promoters were not only allowed but actively encouraged to promote both white and black artists without any of the sideline contract provisions that Black concert promoters were saddled with.

Another concern that was observed was that after an artist had been cultivated and groomed by Black concert promoters, the music industry executives at The William Morris Agency and Creative Artist Agency would literally preclude Black concert promoters from touring these acts, such as Lionel Richie, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson whom Mr. Rowe had toured since the days of the Jacksons, all of a sudden, Mr. Rowe can’t book a date with Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson or any other successful cross over act that happened to have been African-American as only the White concert promoters were deemed “qualified” to promote these shows.

This disparity had plagued the Black concert promoters and the black business community for decades until they felt that they had suffered and endured enough. They decided to take action to address their concerns.

Mr. Rowe wrote letter after letter to music industry executives at talent and booking agencies, The William Morris Agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and others in an effort to address and hopefully ameliorate the atrocious disparities that they had observed, endured and documented and in all of his extensive efforts, the results were futile.

Not only did the music industry executives thumb their noses, turn a deaf ear and blind eye to the very legitimate concerns that were raised, but Mr. Rowe and several of his colleagues were noticing a “tightening of the noose” with even more stringent and problematic contractual provisions being forced upon them.

New York based Attorney Martin Gold in a clear violation of state bar rules and regulations, sought out and solicited Mr. Rowe and his organization and pitched the services of his law firm, Gold, Farrell &; Marks (which then became known as Rubin, Baum and they later merged with Sonneschien, Nath &; Rosenthal) to represent the interests of the Black Promoters Association, Mr. Rowe and the four (4) other individually named plaintiffs.

Now initially this seemed like a good idea for the plaintiffs but as time went on, it became painfully clear that Martin Gold had his own agenda and the plaintiffs were merely “a means to an end” for which their interests would be wholly subverted to accomplish a windfall payday for himself at the expense of his clients whom he consciously, deliberately and intentionally threw under the bus.

Leonard Rowe who was the driving force and emotional foundation for moving the lawsuit forward, maintained daily contact with Martin Gold and his associate, Ray Heslin during all phases of the lawsuit, from drafting of the complaint, preparation of witnesses, compilation of documentation of contractual disparities and related matters.

After a lawsuit is filed against a party and they are served with the summons and complaint, they have a certain amount of time to answer or otherwise respond. In federal court that is usually 21 to 30 days depending on the particular location and the local rules of the court where the matter had been filed.

After the time to answer or respond if a party has not responded in a timely manner, the case will be resolved by way of a default judgment. In this case, however, the case went forward into the discovery phase. And this is where things got really interesting or convoluted depending on your point of view.

Martin Gold and his law firm asked Mr. Rowe and his organization to spend over two hundred thousand ($200,000) dollars (which they paid) in order to search and acquire e-mail documentation and evidence in support of their claims of discrimination and contractual disparities that they contended permeated the music industry.

This money was later determined to have been well utilized when the evidence returned documentation that the word “nigger” had been used over 232 separate times by executives at both The William Morris Agency and Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

Imagine that. “Nigger” used over 232 times as these white executives discussed entertainment luminaries such as Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby, Halle Berry, Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Spike Lee and other noted black entertainers and concert promoters in their inter-office e-mails.

Now if the shoe was on the other foot and there was evidence discovered that denigrated and insulted the Jewish people, mountains would be moved amid the howls and cries of anti-Semitism which would be trumpeted around the country until something was done to correct that deplorable situation and the Jewish community would not rest until these businesses were closed.

Take Rick Sanchez, formally of CNN who was relieved of his on air position for merely voicing his First Amendment opinion that the news media was controlled by “Jewish People”. After his removal from CNN Mr. Sanchez has not been seen or heard of since.

But in the case of black people and the black concert promoters in particular, Judge Robert P. Patterson turned a deaf ear, blind eye, held his nose and swept the evidence under the rug as he entered an order dismissing the case, at the summary judgment level, while at the same time, intentionally ignoring the evidence that black people had been referred to as “nigger” over 232 times, by the White executives of these entertainment industry giants, in their daily business practices.

The summary judgment level in federal court is where the rubber meets the road so to speak in terms of determining whether or not enough evidence that raises disputed fact issues merit a jury trial. The law is clear. If there is a scintilla of evidence then the case must proceed to a jury trial for the determination of any and all factual issues. The standard, legally speaking is that there must not be a genuine issue of material fact remaining and that the moving party defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

And it got worse. The evidence revealed that not only was ‘nigger” used more than 232 times, there was also credible evidence that showed internal memorandums about concerts and venue dates with notations to “keep away from the blacks” and “don’t let the black concert promoters know” about this date or venue or artist. These people also kept away from black concert promoters all information relative to when certain acts and artists would be available in certain geographic venues.

There was also evidence that showed notations found in the files of these defendants that stated that certain information was not to be divulged to “the blacks” and others which clearly stated “no blacks”. No reasonable judge would ignore this mountain of documented evidence, but Judge Robert P. Patterson had no problem closing the doors of justice in the face of the black concert promoters, Mr. Rowe and the other named plaintiffs.

But all was available for the White concert promoters including meetings in Los Angeles, California and New York City where industry representatives would meet exclusively with the White concert promoters and break the country up into zones and regions where White promoters got exclusive access to all the top acts and artists which the Black concert promoters that operated in those same geographical regions were never made aware of these opportunities at all. This type of conduct constitute overt violations of the Anti Trust provisions of the Sherman Act, in fact Live Nation and AEG both emerged from these illicit, race based transactions.

And don’t forget, the White concert promoters who were not ever required to post an upfront deposit of 50% as the Black concert promoters were, without exception, compelled and required to do for each and every act or artist that they wished to promote.

These contractual practices and procedures were nothing short of deplorable. More than 2000 contracts were presented to Judge Patterson which demonstrated by way of documentation the contractual inequities between White and Black concert promoters.

But in this case, Judge Robert P. Patterson unilaterally determined that neither the law nor the evidence mattered.

Why would a judge, who is supposed to be impartial, make such a ruling in the face of a plethora of evidence that discrimination and anti-trust violations were actually being practiced on a daily basis by The William Morris Agency and Creative Artist Agency (CAA) and other defendants, unless his impartiality had been compromised?

Cases of this magnitude, especially when life altering financial decisions rest in the balance, should not be left up to those whose human sentiment are susceptible to corrupt elements.

This crucial evidence, although paid for by the plaintiffs was intentionally concealed from them by their own corrupt attorneys, Martin Gold and Ray Heslin.

It was not until Mr. Rowe discovered the evidence on the desk of Attorney Ray Heslin that this information and evidence was brought out in open court. And when that happened, Mr. Gold sought to downplay its significance by stating to the court that there was no “credible evidence” a lie that he urged upon the court in order to fleece his clients and enrich himself at his client’s expense.

When Martin Gold received the evidence that the defendants had used the word “nigger” 232 times it was as if he and his law firm had hit the lottery. Only in this instance, Mr. Gold was able to dictate the amount of his winning. Because these rich and powerful defendants would pay any amount necessary to maintain the status quo in the entertainment industry and to insure that this evidence would never see the light of day before a jury in a court of law.

To say that Martin Gold’s actions were deplorable is the ultimate understatement because he violated the time honored principal that he as a lawyer should never betray his client’s interest to enrich himself.

However, even though all of the evidence about black people referred to as “nigger” over 232 times and the clear cut evidence of exclusionary practices that effected all Black concert promoters and the black community adversely, Judge Robert P. Patterson allowed these Jim Crow era practices to continue.

In 2012, there has still not been a black concert promoter that has ever been allowed to book and promote Barbara Streisand, U2 and Bono, Justin Beiber, Elton John, Celine Dion, the Rolling Stones, KISS, “the Boss”, Bruce Springsteen, the Dave Matthews Band, Justin Timberlake, Brittany Spears or any of the other big name White artists, groups and bands. EVER!!!

As a matter of fact, practically all Black concert promoters, because of Judge Robert P. Patterson’s race based ruling, are now either bankrupt or completely out of business.

History is replete with judges undermining the administration of justice in this country by selling out the legitimate claims of black people, who have suffered the indignity of White racist acts of misconduct, only to be thwarted at the doors of justice by another judge who thinks, feels and acts just like the people that committed the atrocious acts being complained of.

And to make matters worse, these judges line their pockets at the expense of the suffering accorded the black litigants whose cases are before them. This is the pitiful epitome of our American justice system that has gone off track and is way wrong. Judge Robert P. Patterson’s actions were both a shame and a profound disgrace.

His name should forever live in infamy much like Chief Justice Roger B. Taney whose deplorable decision in the Dred Scott v. Sanford case (which held that black people have no rights which white people are bound to respect) continues to live in the actions of judges like Robert P. Patterson. He should be brought before the Congress and impeached for his misconduct.

Until America plays by “one set of rules” there will forever be disparities in the justice system. And until there is real fairness, impartiality and an equal application of the law, America will remain a two tier society.

It is obviously evident that corruption reared its ugly head in this case and it should outrage all black people in particular as well as all fair minded and well intentioned people of whatever race, creed or color in general when justice is thwarted and the rights of litigants are subverted by a judge that didn’t care about the proper exercise of his duties, obligations and the oath of office that he swore to uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States.

And let’s not forget about the lawyers Martin Gold and Ray Heslin that lied, manipulated and maligned the plaintiffs in this case.

They too should be disbarred from the practice of law, “tarred and feathered” and then place on display for ridicule and humiliation in the town square to show others that this kind of misconduct premised on racially tinged, Jim Crow tactics of apartheid have no place in the American system of justice.

As the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. so eloquently states…”injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.

By the same token, corruption found anywhere in a case before any court undermines the administration of justice in that case and everywhere else unless timely exposed and properly destroyed."

It was learned that conflict in New York led all the way to Chief Judge Judith Kaye, you guessed it, married to a Proskauer partner, a partner like Krane, Stephen Kaye, G0d now prancing upon his recently departed soul although he was soulless while living towards the end, a partner who was instantly added to newly formed Proskauer intellectual property department (formed instantly after learning of my inventions), although he had no history in IP law, hmmm.

Judge Judy Kaye is also conflicted up the butt with Krane, as he was her former whipping boy, serving as her lapdog clerk.

Krane attempts to use influence peddling like never before seen in Gotham to earn his Proskauer intellectual property partnership wings by blocking Iviewit never revealing his conflicts, until two years into the complaints when news of his conflicts surfaced.

Steven Krane and Judith Kaye (Judge Judy is now the proud conflicted owner of her dead husband Stephen Kaye's Proskauer shares of Iviewit) then had to bury the New York Supreme Court ordered investigation against them and the Proskauer partners, and in a feat unsurpassed in the annals or anals of New York, he ass kisses or offers it for the taking widely, to evade the investigation without even having to give a statement in his defense.

After five Supreme Court Justices unanimously voted for an INVESTIGATION, Stephen Krane, Kenneth Rubenstein and Raymond Anthony Joao, did not even have to provide a response to that court, nor provide one to the department charged with the investigations.

Instead those disciplinary departments wrote little old me how they were going to dismiss it without investigation based on that he was a nice guy basically. It was as if the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department, was actually doing his defense, as they tendered all letters on his behalf, he did not answer a single question or put forth a statement in his defense. You guessed it, the First Department and the Second Department are controlled by Proskauer attorneys, those charged with investigating the conflicts, upon a little scratch of the surface were also found in conflict with the matters, Krane and Kaye, and yet they continued handling the complaints against Proskauer and its partners. So assured that top down control of the courts could never be penetrated with Judith Kaye and Stephen Krane controlling them that they acted as if they were above the law.

Perhaps they are above the law, in crime festered New York but they are not above the law of G0d.

Of course I did not order the investigation, a bunch of judges did.

So it begs one to ask why they confronted me to try and evade the investigations and not the court that ordered it. The answer, they could not answer the court with the results of the investigation, as no investigation was ever done and they tried to claim dismissing the case on review was equal to an investigation.

No witnesses were called, no evidence submitted tested, these guys did not even have to tender a response.

How much payola do you think that it costs to buy off three court ordered investigations? With the help of Judge Judy Kaye and some very large illegal gains from the stolen technologies to make people obfuscate their public office duties, they have succeeded but for the moment at evading charges.

Steven Krane stands as the most despicable man in the history of legal ethics, currently found trying to amend laws to protect him and others from prosecution. Perhaps Ken Lay hired him to write some laws to prevent loss of his estate from death or the Bush group has him rewriting war codes to justify torture and protect from prosecution.

Either way, there may soon be a lot of Proskauer and other corrupted lawyers cited herein, wishing for an artery to pop to the brain, with Krane's obese gluttony, he will be first. (I was wrong here, Judy's husband Stephen Krane, G0d unrest his soul, was the first to leave this earthly world for hell for his actions.)

Krane then goes on to really fuck himself when he writes his own defense of his bar complaint, failing to disclose his conflicting positions at the disciplinary department and further concealing them in an effort to deny he was caught, this little lie cost him orders for investigation.

Steven Krane was busted immediately following that letter, after Clerk of the Court, Catherine O’Hagan Wolf identified that Steven Krane was in fact a member of the disciplinary committee that his letter denied, in fact she sat on several committee’s with Steven Krane and was stunned that he would be handling a complaint against himself or his partners, she suggested Iviewit file the Motion with the Court that led to the unanimous ruling for investigation.

OK breaking news in November 2007 comes in the form of Krane's buddy at the First Department, Thomas Cahill, former Chief Counsel of the Supreme Court of New York First Department, DDC. Thomas Cahill is busted for burying and whitewashing complaints against attorneys that he is charged with investigating.

Oh, shit gets really bad as the informant is an insider, a 62 yr old black female attorney, who is victimized, physically assaulted and terminated for her bravery to stand up to wrongdoings at the Department. In a $100M Federal Lawsuit, she names Iviewit in P. 97 of the complaint, as a cause of termination.

It is imperative for the SEC to note that after the Signed Licensing and Service Agreement, Iviewit opened a California Office inside a Warner Bros. building, in order to take over encoding operations for their online content, and more.

Iviewit began billing according to the Licensing and Service agreement. Please note the language in the Licensing and Service agreement pertaining to the Proprietary nature and Confidentiality of the Iviewit inventions.

Suddenly, after the agreements were signed and operations were underway, Wayne M. Smith ~ Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel at Warner Bros. began seeking a re-review of Proskauer Partner Kenneth Rubenstein ’s (“Rubenstein”) prior patent opinions regarding the Iviewit inventions to Warner Bros. employees.

Smith then claimed to Colter that he found problems while reviewing Rubenstein’s opinion with the patents on file at the US Patent Office [6]. At this point, allegedly, a coordinated conspiratorial effort between Smith, Rubenstein and others began to derail the already signed Iviewit agreements with Warner Bros et al.

Allegedly, former “Acting CEO” of Iviewit, P. Stephen Lamont, (a referral emanating from AOL’s Leonsis) Smith and Rubenstein then worked to derail the Licensing and Service Agreement. Warner Bros. then further attempted to deny the existence of this BINDING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION as further evidenced in letters exhibited herein, whereby the Signed and Binding agreement is wholly denied.

The amount owed in service fees since the signing of the contracts would be an enormous amount over the almost 10 years of use and where Warner Bros et al. have never notified Iviewit they were cancelling such contract, it may still be considered effective. Yet, it would difficult to cancel what one tries to deny the existence of and perhaps the reason no cancellation was formally completed.

o The emails forward from this point in the timeline begin to attempt to hide from the fact that Licensing and Service Agreements were already in place while also hiding these facts and liabilities from Shareholders and Auditors.

The alleged fraud may again have catastrophic effect on these highly traded stocks, reaching back to this point in time and possibly further back.

This letter is in response to your request on behalf of Hitachi, Ltd., Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Time Warner Inc., Toshiba Corporation, and Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. (collectively, the "Licensors"), for the issuance of a business review letter pursuant to the Department of Justice's Business Review Procedure, 28 C.F.R. § 50.6.

You have requested a statement of the Department of Justice's antitrust enforcement intentions with respect to a proposed arrangement pursuant to which Toshiba will assemble and offer a package license under the Licensors' patents that are "essential," as defined below, to manufacturing products in compliance with the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats and will distribute royalty income to the other Licensors.

I. The DVD-ROM and DVD-Video Formats

The Standard Specifications for the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats describe the physical and technical parameters for DVDs for read-only-memory and video applications, respectively, and "rules, conditions and mechanisms" for player units for the two formats.

(1) In either format, the DVD has more than seven times the storage capacity of a compact disc; a single-layer, single-sided DVD, for example, can store 4.7 billion bytes (4.38 GB) of information including audio, video, text, and data. Employing compression technology, a DVD-Video disc can hold a 135-minute feature film on a single side.

The Licensors, along with a number of other producers of consumer electronics hardware, software, or both,

(2) established the Standard Specifications.

(3) These Standard Specifications appear to implicate the intellectual property rights of numerous firms.

II. The Proposed Arrangement

A memorandum of understanding among the Licensors (the "MOU," attached as Exhibit 1 to your letter) sets forth the central terms of the proposed arrangement, pursuant to which Toshiba will aggregate the Licensors' "essential" patents and disseminate rights under them to makers of Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs), DVD players, and DVD decoders

(4) ("DVD Products"), and distribute royalty income to the other Licensors. The arrangement will be carried out through a group of other agreements, including:

(1) a license that Toshiba will receive from each other Licensor to enable Toshiba to license users of the Standard Specifications under that Licensor's "essential" patents (the "Authorization Agreement," attached as Exhibit 3); (2) Toshiba's sublicense to makers of DVD Products under the Licensors' patents (the "DVD Patent License," attached as Exhibit 2);

(3) an agreement among the Licensors concerning the retention and authority of experts to select and evaluate the patents to be licensed (the "Expert Agreement," attached as Exhibit 4); and

(4) the "Ground Rules for Royalty Allocation" (attached as Exhibit 7), which set forth the formula that will determine how Toshiba will distribute royalties among the Licensors.

(5) A. The patents to be licensed In the MOU, the Licensors commit to license each other and third parties to make, use and sell DVD Products under their present and future patents that are "essential" to doing so.

(6) The Licensors agree to two separate means of carrying out this obligation. First, they agree to grant Toshiba the right to sublicense third parties under their present and future "essential" patents for these purposes, and Toshiba agrees in turn to sublicense those patents, along with its own such patents, in the DVD Patent Licenses.

(7) Second, each Licensor agrees to "offer to license its essential DVD patents on a non-exclusive basis to interested third-party licensees pursuant to separate negotiations on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, whether or not said third-party licensees intend to make, use and sell DVD products that are in conformity with the Specifications."

(8) A Licensor's patent is "essential," and thus subject to the commitments in the MOU, if it is "necessarily infringed," or "there is no realistic alternative" to it, "in implementing the DVD Standard Specifications."

(9) Initially, each Licensor will identify its own "essential" patents in an attachment to its Authorization Agreement with Toshiba.

(10) Toshiba will then incorporate those patents in a list attached to the DVD Patent License.

(11) Shortly, however, an expert individual or panel, with "full and sufficient knowledge and skill in the relevant technology,"

(12) will complete a review the patents each Licensor has designated as "essential" in order to determine whether they satisfy the MOU criteria.

(13).MOU, ¶ 8; Expert Agreement, preamble.

(14) At that time, any patent initially designated by a Licensor for inclusion in the DVD Patent License that the expert determines is not "essential" will be excluded from subsequent DVD Patent Licenses, although current licensees will have the option to retain it in their existing licenses.

(15) The expert will repeat this comprehensive review of all the patents in the DVD Patent License portfolio every four years.

(16) In between the quadrennial reviews, the proposed program also provides a mechanism by which the expert may review individual patents whose essentiality comes into question. If a Licensor comes to a good faith conclusion that a licensed patent is not "essential," and provides a reasonable basis for that belief, the expert will re-examine the patent.

(17) If the expert concludes that the patent is not "essential," the patent will be excluded from the DVD Patent License.

(18) The agreement provides that the expert's determinations are "conclusive and non-appealable," although the expert must submit a report explaining any decision that a patent was not "essential."

(19) Compensation will be at the expert's "standard hourly rates."

(20) Each Licensor will bear the cost of the expert's review of its patents; the Licensors will share costs attributable to all of them, such as time spent reviewing the DVD Standard Specifications.

(21) The expert, although retained by the Licensors and selected by a majority vote among them, will not have an economic affiliation with any individual Licensor.

(22) A majority of the Licensors may remove the expert for failure or inability to perform the duties set forth in the Expert Agreement "in a professional, competent, reliable or timely manner."

(23) Although the proposed licensing program currently includes the patents of only the Licensors, it is open to any owner of an "essential" patent willing to license on the program's terms and conditions.(24)

Steven Krane, Proskauer Rose LLP who is the epitome of ethics has lost his way and acted in conflict of interest and abuse of public office with both the First Department Disciplinary Committee and the New York State Bar Association in representing his partners while maintaining conflicting public office positions in the New York Supreme Courts and NYSBA.

Although his investigation has been temporarily de-railed, it will one day be completed as a formal investigation. Where it appears that Proskauer Rose LLP has positioned deep within the ethics departments and courts to block due process and stave off the inevitable.

Yet, as you read on, even these further desperate attempts to block prosecution have uncovered further conflicts which have only caused more people to become ensnared in the web of crimes and further complaints to be filed.

Where those complaints in some instances have been refused to file and docket by members of the departments acting to block complaints against themselves inapposite of the laws of those states.

Can you imagine, complaints filed against public officers where such officers than deny the complaints with out formal procedure, sounds like the old communist regime where citizens where unable to complain about their elected officials.

Per the Attorney General of the Great State of Florida, I write to you for inclusion into the ongoing Nineteenth Statewide Grand Jury, the Eliot Bernstein and Iviewit companies claims of criminal RICO and ANTITRUST activities by certain members of the Florida Supreme Court, the Florida Bar, the Boca Raton P.D., the law firms Proskauer Rose LLP, Foley & Lardner LLP and more.

The extent of these claims of Public Office Corruption reach the highest levels of Florida government and thus are germane to the Grand Jury’s request for information and stated purpose, “The Office of Statewide Prosecution has established a public corruption hotline for anyone who believes they have information concerning a criminal offense involving public corruption or wishes to suggest issues the Statewide Grand Jury should investigate regarding public corruption.

Below is a communication from Attorney General McCollum in response to my request to his offices for inclusion, whereby he urges me to contact and join your offices of these most serious allegations as well.

I am contacting your offices again, as I have contacted them in the past regarding these matters and am asking that your offices take all actions necessary to have these allegations investigated by the Florida Grand Jury your office has convened, as well as, any other criminal actions you may deem appropriate in investigating these matters and notifying the proper authorities of the allegations alleged herein and in the URL links provided herein.

I am happy to provide additional information or testimony relating to the matters to any investigators you deem appropriate or before the Grand Jury.

Many of these matters have crossed state lines through the law firms accused and in New York, a NY Supreme Court Whistleblower Christine Anderson, Esq. has identified a Racketeering type organization within not only the NY Courts and NY Disciplinary Agencies but the NY prosecutorial offices, including the US Attorney, the NY Attorney General Cuomo’s offices and the NY District Attorneys Office.

The allegations rise to senior members of these public offices acting in conspiracy to deprive due process to citizens’ complaints against them and in fact, a “Cleaner”, Naomi Goldstein of the NY Supreme Court was allegedly according to Anderson Whitewashing attorney complaints for these prosecutors. In addition, Anderson claims “favored lawyers and law firms” had their complaints cleaned as well.

The Anderson case now also involves Federal Obstruction of Justice in a federal Lawsuit, with death threats on Federal Witnesses on their way to testify in Federal Court. Extortion of state employees is also evidenced in Anderson, replete with physical assaults on the 60 yr. female Anderson, to either aid and abet or else by Senior New York Supreme Court Officials.

My Trillion Dollar Federal RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit filed alongside and in support of Anderson’s Historic and Heroic Whistleblower claims, was legally “related” to the Anderson Whistleblower lawsuit by Federal Judge Shira Scheindlin.

Many of the defendants in my Fed RICO and ANTITRUST are located here in Florida, in fact all of my claims began in Florida, as that is where my companies and myself were located at the time the criminal activities were first discovered.

Proskauer partners were ordered for Investigation for Conflicts of Interest and Violations of Public office by the New York Supreme Court, in a unanimous consent of five justices of that court but those investigations are now under investigation for their failure to investigate.

The allegations in NY are almost identical to those I filed in Florida just different players from the same firms often having infiltrated and violated public offices to deny due process to my complaints in violation of law and attorney and judicial conduct codes.

All of my complaints in Florida in the courts and to all state agencies are herein officially requested to be re-opened in light of the revelations of new and damning information revealed in Anderson and new evidence against certain defendants in my lawsuit from Florida.

New evidence includes Defendant Proskauer Rose LLP and Partner Thomas Sjoblom’s involvement in the ExSir Robert Allen Stanford Ponzi scheme, Sjoblom found aiding and abetting Stanford Employees in a Miami Airport Hanger teaching them how to lie to SEC and FBI investigators.
As you know, Proskauer has been sued in a Global Class Action for the entire damages of Stanford, approximately 7 Billion US Dollars. Complaints filed in Florida with the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court are requested to be re-opened by your offices with oversight by your offices to mitigate any further conflicts of interest and violations of Public Offices and law.

Complaints filed with the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court against, Florida Bar employees, Florida Supreme Court Public Officials, Proskauer Partners Christopher Clarke Wheeler, Esq. who was convicted of Felony DUI with Injury in Florida and Matthew Triggs who violated Florida Bar Rules in handling Complaints in multiple conflicts and violation of public office of the Florida Bar, are also being requested herein to have formal investigations into the matters reheard entirely based on a plethora of new information and evidence against the defendants in those matters and again instituted with oversight of your offices.

Similarly, we are requesting that your offices investigate the Florida Civil Court Case Civil Case No. 502001CA004671XXCDAB with new evidence showing a complete fraud on the court was orchestrated by Proskauer and Judge Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court, prior to your appointment of Labarga to the Florida Supreme Court.

I also note that members of your inner staff are formerly with Defendant Foley & Lardner, who acted as Solicitor General to the Florida Supreme Court while my complaints were being reviewed by that Court.

I also note that Justice Jorge Labarga and several of the Florida Supreme Court Justice and Court Officials are Defendants in my Trillion Dollar Fed RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit. I also note that several members or former members of the Florida Bar are Defendants in my Trillion Dollar Fed RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit.

Therefore, I request further that your offices in handling these matters proceed with extreme caution in ferreting out ALL Conflicts of Interest prior to involvement by any party, to preclude further possible charges against members of your office or any other party your offices join into these matters.

"How did they not hear about this sooner? That's the question burned investors were asking the SEC in December 2008 when regulators charged Bernie Madoff with securities fraud for a multi-billion dollar Ponzi scheme he'd been running for decades.

Turns out the SEC did hear about it--more than six times. But when whistleblowers sounded off, the agency turned a deaf ear.

A 2009 report released by the SEC Inspector General reveals that whistleblowers filed complaints involving Madoff as early as 1992. Over the next 16 years before Madoff confessed in 2008, the SEC received six "substantive complaints that raised significant red flags." But examiners never conducted a "thorough investigation" of Madoff's operations and they rejected additional evidence from whistleblowers like hedge-fund manager Harry Markopolous.

Markopolous is just one of a number of whistleblowers who in recent years has tried to alert the SEC of potential wrongdoing, only to be ignored or misunderstood.

And the number may be dwindling. Besides book-deals and obscure Person of the Year awards, tipsters have little incentive to come forward. The SEC's whistleblower "bounty" program hasn't offered much additional incentive. Since its creation in 1989, the little known program has made reward payments to only five claimants totaling $159,537.

"There has been much concern about me gaining national recognition for my activities regarding health care fraud and Medicaid fraud in child welfare. Well, as of today, I am ready to become famous.

I was contacted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency regarding online piracy. Yes, the Congressional Bill co-introduced by U.S. Representative Lamar Smith and U.S. Representative John Conyers, Jr. to stop online piracy. The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) which has cause a fervor of ire with Google, inc., Scribd.com, GoDaddy and the entire pharmaceutical world, has brought these corporations together to go after me, Beverly Tran, for being part of an international conspiracy of health care fraud.

A few years back I purchased some diet pills from an online Google ad. Everyone trusts Google, right? Well, it was not until today that I found out this company advertising on Google was not a United States company. As a matter of fact, I was told by the DEA that it was from the Dominican Republic.

Not only that, it seems the corporation MEDCO was not only distributing the pharmaceuticals to these online international companies, it was also fraudulently billing for co-pays, which I had to go to the bank to have stopped. Comerica could not even find the source of the fraudulently billing. I was stuck with overdrafts and want my money back.

As it seems the New Jersey State Attorney General Peter Harvey does not like what I have to say about him allowing child welfare fraud and other forms of health care fraud in his state. Therefore he is the lead on this national investigation for online fraud.

So, as we have it, my work to stop online piracy, health care fraud, pharmaceutical companies for "illegally and wrongfully" marketing drugs to children and State Medicaid Fraud Control Units for doing absolutely nothing to stop the fraudulent activities of American citizens, the U.S. Department of Justice and State Attorney General are giving me 24 hours to turn myself into the U.S. Marshals.

I am being charged with CPL9 Class B and CPK International Conspiracy out of the United Nations for for being a victim of online fraud. Yes, that is correct.

I was told by the DEA Baltimore Sgt. Deputy that I could plead guilty to charges I do not even know about or make it all go away by paying a fine. That sounds like extortion to me. I am going in front of the federal court and telling everything.

Operation Christmas Eve Alteration will be executing international extradition of online pharmaceutical companies within the next 24 to 72 hours. The U.S. Health Committee is fully aware of this operation according to the DEA Sgt. Deputy. I asked if I would compromise the DEA investigation if I engaged in debriefing protocol and did not receive any word of challenge.

Challenging the DEA actions of going after me for being a victim of online fraud, I asked why they did not go after the transgressors like Google, inc. I was told there they are conducting an ongoing investigation on Google,inc. and Facebook.

So, for those of you who have wondered about my online silence for almost the last two weeks, it was because my Mac was hacked.

Tomorrow, I am going to turn myself in to the u.S. Marshals and I expect everyone to stay tuned. I will be making sure the world knows that I, Beverly Tran, will not be silenced for going after those who commit online fraud, whether health care or copyright infringement.

SOPA has nothing to do with free speech. If a tangible good is not registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or the U.S. Copyright Office and carries the granted federal marking, it is not intellectual property. The only thing SOPA has to do with taking away our right to free speech online is the fact it does not want this act passed and will silence anyone who speaks out against regulation of online fraud.

I also told the DEA about Medicaid fraud in child welfare and they should expand the scope of their investigation to go after these pharmaceutical corporations for violating DOJ Corporate Integrity Agreements of selling and distributing drugs not approved by the FDA to Medicaid children.

Who is Really Paying for  Obsidian Finance Group, Obsidian Renewables, and all involved in the Outback Solar Project to Get Rich ?

Is it the Oregon Tax Payers that Are Subsidizing Millionaires to Get Richer? Or is Federal Tax Dollars that Enable Obsidian Finance Groups Company Obsidian Renewables to fund not only their Outback Solar Project but also to fund loans to others setting up Solar Farms and seemingly with some "Application" trickery to get in on the Solar Tax Credits in Mass.

There seemed to be some tricky paperwork wave of hands that got Obsidian Finance Group special treatment.. seems to me that they lumped 5 applications into one in order to get in on the Oregon Department of Energy Solar Tax Credits to the extend of "More then their Share" and I believe this is Federal Tax Dollar, as You the Tax Pay is Enabling Obsidian Finance to Seemingly Stomp on land owners rights in Christmas Valley Oregon, and to get filthy rich under the Solar Tax Credits loopholes to resell their development rights and basically just broker deals with special treatment, and all seemingly on the back of their start up Millions, I believe they made unjustly from the Summit 1031 Bankruptcy Estate.

According to Todd Gregory, of that company, a recent appeal to Oregon’s Land Use Board of Appeals, or LUBA, failed this week. In the appeal, a group of citizens asked the state to overturn Lake County’s conditional use permits granted on three Obsidian Solar Farms.

Gregory says that the first project, named Outback Solar, will be located on Christmas Valley Highway just east of town, and should be completed by the middle of 2011"

10 Million Dollar Post - True or Not? Defamation or Not?

Now David Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm and Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group cannot sue the source blog due to some plea bargain, I believe, so they are suing me for information the know is not money, and making a mockery of the Oregon Court System Yet Again.

David Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm and Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group sued others in the Summit 1031 Bankruptcy to bully them from what I hear and David Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm and Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group sued the State of Oregon over Some Solar Tax law change that lost them jobs allegedly and now I am the latest victim of the wo is me, I can't make another billion from tax payers money. David Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm and Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group seem to me to be costing the State of Oregon alot of money and are Accountable to No One.

David Aman, Tonkon Torp NEVER asked me to remove this post, nor did David Aman, Tonkon Torp provide me, Legally Defined as Media and an Investigative Blogger with any proof or information that proved this post to be false so that I may consider removing this post. Oregon Retraction Laws are pretty cut and dried, he never asked and yet is suing me for 10 Million. That post was not in David Aman, Tonkon Torp's original complaint that cried lost job worth 10 Million, yet WaLa now this post is the reason that poor bully, thug, attorney crony Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance lost his Bank VP Job? Is this real in any way? It makes no rational Sense to me.

Judge Hernandez in my Oregon Civil Case thus far refuse to Sign a Conflict of Interest form to provide me assurance that there is No Conflict of Interest with David Aman nor Tonkon Torp Law Firm. Oregon Law should be a matter of fact, and yet Anti-Slap Laws, Shield Laws and Retraction Laws seemed to be denied to me based on the fact that I am pro se and cannot afford an attorney and stated the laws as my defense in the wrong way. Around 12/7/08 – Kevin Padrick meets with Summit Principals – Well yes they did. Kevin Padrick was recommended to one of the Principals by a Bend Developer as a guy who could help solve Summit’s proplems. You see Kevin Padrick met with the Summit principals in early December 2008. By talking with the Summit Principals about this meeting, it looks like Kevin was more than willing to help them with their liquidity crisis. Kevin Padrick said his company, Obsidian Finance Group, LLC, specialized in helping save distressed businesses like Summit Accommodators, Inc. Good news right? Kevin Padrick said he had financial partners with DEEP POCKETS who would help fund the short-term liquidity issues.

At this meeting, Summit Principals explained the business of short-term lending, told Kevin Padrick about the properties they were willing to hand over and about the $14 Million of cash that was in the Summit bank account. At no time during this meeting did Kevin Padrick even mention the words fraud, ponzi scheme, embezzlement, or illegal.

12/19/08 – end of December 2008 – Summit Principals gathered all the information and willingly gave it to there supposed saviors, Obsidian Finance Group. Ewan Rose, said thanks, we will get you our proposal within the week. No proposal was ever delivered.

Lockheed Martin has motive on top of motive to not want Lightsquared to do business. Rockwell Collins Inc. Clayton M. Jones has connections to Lockheed Martin and to the Department of Defense ... as well as to Unisys that is financially tied to Lockheed Martin and to the Department of Defense.

Vance Coffman has connections to Lockheed Martin and Both Vance Coffman and Clay Jones are on the Board of Deere and Company, all seeming to act in conspiracy to protect the financial interests of major GPS Companies such as Trimble Navigations and Garmin, as well as their buddy Craig McCaw of Clearwire that needs Lightsquared to NOT get FCC approval in order to STOP a Clearwire Take Over by Sprint, who has a 54% Stake in Clearwire and if given a deal with Lightsquared, SPRINT could easily take over Clearwire. So it's all hands on deck in what looks to me like an illegal conspiracy to influence the FCC with False Information.
